Weβre looking for a driven and detail-oriented B2B Appointment Setter to help our sales team connect with potential business clients. In this role, youβll be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-value meetings that drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, persistence, and results.
π― Key Responsibilities
- π¬ Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- π Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales or account executive team.
- π Research companies and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- π Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM system.
- π€ Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage warm prospects.
- π§ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- π― Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets for appointments set.
π‘ Skills & Experience Required
- π£οΈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
- π Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (1β3 years preferred).
- π» Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
- π― Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and lead qualification.
- β±οΈ Highly organized with great time management and follow-up discipline.
- π₯ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
- π Experience in SaaS, Tech, or Marketing industries is a plus.
