- π Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- π Manage opportunities and track performance metrics within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- π€ Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales cycle and ensure client satisfaction.
π‘ Skills & Experience Required
- π£οΈ Excellent communication and consultative selling skills β both written and verbal.
- π 2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
- π» Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, and subscription sales.
- βοΈ Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- π§© Ability to explain complex software solutions in a clear, value-driven way.
- π₯ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment.
- π― Experience in closing deals with small to mid-size businesses (SMBs) or enterprise clients is a plus.
