🚀 About the Role

We’re seeking a creative AI-powered content creator who knows how to craft engaging blogs, articles, and SEO content — and then scale the process through AI automation tools. You’ll use Generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Notion AI, and automation software such as n8n, Zapier, or Bitflows to streamline content production, publication, and distribution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Plan, research, and write high-quality blog posts, articles, and website content using AI-assisted writing tools.
• 🔁 Automate content workflows — from idea generation to publishing — using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
• 🤖 Train and prompt AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) for SEO-friendly and brand-aligned outputs.
• 🧠 Conduct keyword research and optimize blog content for organic visibility using AI-based SEO tools (SurferSEO, NeuronWriter, Scalenut).
• 📅 Manage editorial calendars and automate posting schedules across CMS (WordPress, Notion, Ghost, etc.).
• 🧩 Create and repurpose blog content into social media snippets, newsletters, and visual formats using tools like Canva, Runway, and OpusClip.
• 📈 Track engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance using AI analytics dashboards.
• 💬 Collaborate with marketing, design, and automation teams to ensure consistency and workflow efficiency.

💡 Skills & Experience Required

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 💼 Proven experience in blogging, copywriting, or SEO content marketing (preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech industries).
• 🤖 Deep knowledge of AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Writesonic, Claude, etc.).
• ⚙️ Proficiency with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Bitflows Pro, Make, Airtable Automations, etc.).
• 🔍 Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
• 🧠 Ability to craft engaging narratives that align with brand tone and marketing goals.
• 📊 Analytical mindset — able to interpret content performance data and make improvements.
• 🔥 Highly organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to experiment with emerging AI tools.
