π Job Title: SaaS Marketer & Lead Generator
π About the Role
Weβre seeking a results-driven and creative SaaS Marketer & Lead Generator to accelerate our customer acquisition and brand growth. In this role, youβll be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and optimizing funnel performance for our SaaS products. Youβll blend digital marketing strategy, automation, and data-driven decision-making to fuel consistent growth.
π― Key Responsibilities
- π‘ Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.) to attract and engage prospects.
- π― Build and manage lead generation funnels using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- π Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales team.
- π§ Research target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- βοΈ Create persuasive email campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages that convert.
- π Track key performance metrics (CTR, MQLs, CAC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for efficiency.
- π€ Implement AI-driven marketing and automation tools to enhance reach and personalization.
- π€ Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign alignment.
- π Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize conversions.
- π₯ Support webinar, workshop, and event marketing to generate awareness and engagement.
π‘ Skills & Experience Required
- π Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- πΌ 2+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, lead generation, or digital growth roles.
- βοΈ Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or similar).
- π’ Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, inbound/outbound lead generation, and conversion funnels.
- π§© Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media ads, and content marketing.
- π Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for results.
- βοΈ Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- π¬ Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) for content and campaign automation is a plus.
- π₯ Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and a passion for SaaS growth.
