🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 👥 Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams across regions or verticals.
  • ⚙️ Optimize workflows by integrating automation platforms to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
  • 💬 Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and prospects.
  • 🪄 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement.

💡 Skills & Experience Required

  • 🎓 Proven experience as a Sales Director, VP of Sales, or Senior Sales Leader, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or AI-focused companies.
  • 🤖 Hands-on experience with AI-enabled sales platforms, automation tools, and CRM analytics.
  • 📊 Strong understanding of sales analytics, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • 👥 Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, capable of scaling teams effectively.
  • ⚙️ Experience integrating AI and automation into sales workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • 💼 Strong business acumen with experience in B2B/B2C sales strategy, enterprise sales, or SaaS sales operations.
