Weβre looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional to lead our efforts in building sponsorships, securing partnerships, co-hosting events, and deploying student ambassador programs across campuses and universities. π€π
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on networking, creative collaboration, and driving brand visibility through community engagement, strategic alliances, and campus activation. Youβll act as the bridge between our brand and the next generation of innovators, helping us grow awareness through meaningful partnerships and student-led initiatives. π
π― Key Responsibilities
- π€ Identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsorships and brand partnerships that align with company goals.
- π§© Plan, coordinate, and co-host events, workshops, and conferences in collaboration with partner organizations and universities.
- π Design and execute Campus Ambassador Programs, recruiting and managing student representatives across multiple regions.
- π¬ Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, and promotional materials for prospective collaborators.
- π Oversee logistics, marketing coordination, and post-event follow-ups to ensure impactful outcomes and ongoing relationships.
- π Expand outreach by connecting with student organizations, incubators, and innovation hubs.
- π Track performance metrics, sponsorship ROI, and engagement analytics to refine strategies.
- πͺ Build long-term strategic relationships that drive visibility, community growth, and business impact.
π‘ Skills & Experience Required
- π Background in marketing, communications, business development, or event management.
- π€ Proven experience in partnership building, sponsorship sales, or community relations.
- π€ Strong organizational and communication skills β confident in presenting and pitching.
- π§ Strategic and creative mindset β able to identify win-win collaboration opportunities.
- π Experience with event planning, ambassador program management, or student engagement campaigns.
- π Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM systems, Notion, Google Workspace, or Trello).
- π¬ Strong networking and relationship management skills; ability to engage with both corporate and academic partners.
- π Self-starter attitude with a passion for youth engagement, entrepreneurship, and brand collaboration.
