🎯 CCTV Computer Vision (CV) Security Prototyping

🧠 Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Computer Vision Engineer or AI Prototype Developer to design and build a proof-of-concept CCTV surveillance system leveraging AI-driven video analytics. The prototype will focus on real-time object detection, motion tracking, and anomaly identification using live or recorded CCTV footage.

This mission aims to demonstrate how AI can enhance traditional surveillance systems through intelligent event recognition, automation, and security alerts.

🚀 Main Objective / Task

• Develop a working prototype integrating CCTV video streams with AI/ML-based detection models.
• Implement object and motion detection (e.g., vehicles, people, unusual behavior).
• Configure event-based alerting (e.g., SMS, dashboard notifications, or webhook triggers).
• Optimize for real-time performance on limited hardware (e.g., edge device or local server).
• Deliver a demo dashboard or UI showcasing detection results, logs, and system activity.
• Prepare a technical report or handover documentation for future scaling.

🧩 Skills Required

• ⚙️ Computer Vision (OpenCV, MediaPipe, or similar)
• 🧠 Deep Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, YOLO, or Detectron2
• 🎥 Video Stream Integration: RTSP/ONVIF protocols, multi-camera setup
• 🧮 Edge AI / Real-Time Optimization: NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, or similar
• 🌐 Backend & Dashboard Development (optional): Flask/FastAPI + React/Vue dashboard
• ☁️ Cloud/Deployment Knowledge: AWS, GCP, or on-prem server integration
• 🛠️ Prototyping Mindset: Quick iterations, proof-of-concept delivery

💼 Deliverables

• Functional prototype (demo-ready)
• Source code and configuration files
• Documentation (installation, model explanation, scalability suggestions)
• Optional: Presentation or video demo of the system in action
