🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🧭 Oversee daily operations across multiple SaaS and AI-driven businesses, ensuring seamless performance and synergy.
• 🤖 Implement and manage AI Agents & AI Employees to automate workflows across marketing, sales, customer support, analytics, and development.
• ⚙️ Design and orchestrate automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Bitflows Pro, or LangChain Agents.
• 📊 Monitor system performance dashboards, optimize business metrics, and identify automation opportunities.
• 🪄 Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and AI-powered workflows for scalability and minimal human intervention.
• 👥 Delegate efficiently — assigning repetitive or analytical tasks to AI employees while maintaining oversight of results and alignment.
• 💬 Collaborate with founders, developers, and marketers to integrate new AI tools and improve operational intelligence.
• 🔁 Continuously test, refine, and enhance automation models for efficiency, accuracy, and ROI.
• 🚀 Drive strategic improvements across SaaS products, onboarding, and client delivery using AI-first thinking.

💡 Skills & Experience Required

• 🎓 Strong background in business operations, SaaS management, or AI product oversight.
• 🤖 Hands-on experience with AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bitflows, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.).
• 🧩 Knowledge of AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, OpenDevin, AutoGen, Taskade AI Workflows, etc.).
• ⚙️ Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Trello, or Asana).
• 🧠 Strategic mindset — ability to think in systems and automate repetitive workflows intelligently.
• 💬 Excellent communication & leadership skills for cross-functional orchestration.
• 🪶 Experience writing or optimizing SOPs and AI prompt systems for multi-tool coordination.
