🧠 Overview
We are seeking an experienced VR Developer / Healthtech Engineer to design and prototype a Telemedicine VR Platform that enables immersive remote healthcare experiences. The goal is to create a virtual consultation environment that connects doctors and patients in real time using virtual reality technology, AI assistance, and biometric integrations.
This project is part of an innovation initiative in digital health—combining telemedicine, VR, and AI to reimagine how medical services are delivered remotely.
🎯 Main Objective / Task
- Develop a functional prototype of a VR Telemedicine Platform featuring:
- 🩻 3D Virtual Consultation Room (patient–doctor meeting space)
- 👨⚕️ Avatar Interaction System with real-time voice, gesture, and video integration
- 📊 Integration of biometric / health data streams (via API or simulated inputs)
- 🧠 AI-driven diagnostic assistant (optional integration)
- 📅 Scheduling and secure session management system
- Demonstrate how VR can enhance patient engagement, diagnosis accuracy, and telepresence.
- Build the prototype for VR headsets (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive) or desktop/mobile VR compatibility.
- Deliver technical documentation and demo-ready presentation.
🧩 Skills Required
- 🕶️ VR Development: Unity3D or Unreal Engine (VR SDKs, XR Interaction Toolkit)
- 💻 Programming: C#, Python, or C++
- 🧠 AI & Data Integration (Optional): OpenAI API, TensorFlow, or similar for assistant integration
- 🩺 Healthcare APIs / Standards: HL7 / FHIR familiarity is a strong plus
- ☁️ Cloud & Backend: AWS / Azure for real-time communication and data storage
- 🔐 Security & Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR data handling
- 🎨 UI/UX Design for VR: Creating intuitive, calming, and ergonomic medical interfaces

- Working VR telemedicine prototype (doctor-patient session simulation)
